The atmosphere at the emergency center is both tense and relaxed; as long as there are no emergency patients, it's often very relaxed.
It's also somewhat thanks to Liu Banxia; he often stirs up some commotion, so even if the interns feel like they'll endure some hardship, it's still quite joyful.
The afternoon passed quickly too; there were three emergency surgeries, but none involved Liu Banxia. They weren't too serious, so he wasn't needed for now.
"Director Liu, I'm about to clock out." Wang Chao said, after changing clothes.
"Feel free to go home; today's your big day. Want to take my car back? Saves you from taking the bus." Liu Banxia said.
"Even though you trust me a lot, I'll still take the subway. Just need to change lines once, and at least it's not crowded. You're free right now, aren't you? Want to chat for a bit." Wang Chao said.
"What's up?" Liu Banxia curiously asked.
