"The gallbladder is irregularly shaped, likely due to a large accumulation of stones. No fluid accumulation is seen in the abdominal cavity, and an initial examination of the liver revealed no signs of tumor metastasis or spread. It is feasible to perform a cholecystectomy, a hemihepatectomy, regional lymph node dissection, and a biliary-intestinal drainage procedure."
