The Collins family had only one granddaughter, Amelia Clarke. Old Master Collins didn't want to disturb Old Madam Collins' rest, so he hadn't notified any relatives, leaving the room empty yet not cold.
"Grandmother." Amelia Clarke pushed aside the uneasiness in her heart, put on a smile, and walked over, shaking the thermos box in her hand, saying, "I made dumplings for the first time, you should eat more."
Emily Collins smiled, "Then I must have a good taste of my granddaughter's cooking."
Owen Moreland helped set up the small table on the hospital bed, Amelia Clarke gently placed the bowl on the table and handed the chopsticks to Emily Collins, saying, "Grandmother, would you like some vinegar?"
"No, I don't like sour things," Emily Collins said as she placed a dumpling in her mouth and took a bite. After a few chews, her eyes smiled, "It's really good, these are the best dumplings I've ever eaten."
