Even though over the years, he'd often kept tabs on Elly Campbell's whereabouts, the pile of messes he had to handle had kept him tied up. If it weren't for that time she accidentally fell into the sea, he might still have had no interaction with her.
The scant knowledge he had of her came solely from tabloids and gossip reports.
