"I'm a man, I'm not afraid!" The little guy raised his face proudly.
"Yes!" The nurse laughed and patted his head, "When the time comes, I'll see just how brave you really are."
Reese and Oliver thanked the nurse, then took Osbert away from the Nurse Station and headed to the ward.
Not far away, Lily carefully peeked out, watching Reese and Oliver lead Osbert around the corner at the end of the corridor before she walked to the Nurse Station.
"Director Smith?" A nurse recognized her and showed a puzzled expression upon seeing her, "Is there something you need?"
"Oh!" Lily stepped forward, "I heard that President Pei's son is ill, so I came to check in."
The nurse replied with a smile, "He's in room 808 on the top floor."
Lily feigned concern, "How is the child doing now?"
"The experts are still studying the treatment plan; I'm not really sure about the specifics. Right now, it's just a suspicion of aplastic anemia," the nurse answered.
