Oliver Palmer took out some sugar cubes, put them in a small saucer, carried it out of the kitchen, and came back to the coffee table.
"Miss Harris, how many pieces would you like?"
He bent slightly, asking gently.
Reaching over, Reese Harris pinched up a sugar cube and tossed it into her mouth, then casually took the saucer, set it on the coffee table, and stood up from the sofa.
"Come on, let's go to your room."
To his room?
Oliver Palmer didn't understand what she meant. "Go to my room?"
"Yeah, go!" Reese turned her face, saw him still standing by the coffee table, and couldn't help raising a brow. "Move, what are you spacing out for?"
Oliver Palmer didn't know what she wanted to do, but he still obediently walked over and went ahead of her to lead the way.
His room was on the first floor; first, so it would be convenient for daily life without disturbing Kasper Edith, and second, to give the two of them a bit of private space each.
