Oliver Palmer nodded, his face serious and earnest, "Last time when we went to the hotel together, you ran a red light. The green light was only two seconds away, it was already impossible to get across Martin Road, but you still ran over. When I reacted and wanted to pull you back, you were already in the middle. If someone else had run the yellow light like you, the consequences would have been unimaginable."
Reese Harris rubbed her forehead.
In the past, she considered these to be trivial matters.
But as the man in front of her spoke so earnestly, she suddenly felt a bit embarrassed.
The feeling was like a mischievous student facing a diligent teacher.
"I'm sorry, I promise..." Reese raised her right hand, making a swearing gesture, "I definitely won't do it again in the future, okay?"
Oliver Palmer smiled, "That's good, actually... I just don't want anything to happen to you, Miss Harris."
After speaking, he turned his face, once again looking at the road ahead.
