Taking out the ring from the box, Kasper Edith reached for her left hand, separating her ring finger.
"Since we're getting married, we should have wedding rings; otherwise, it seems too fake, don't you think?"
Olivia Parker initially hooked her finger to refuse, but upon hearing his words, she paused.
"I'll return it to you when we divorce."
Kasper Edith remained silent, simply holding her palm in one hand, while sliding the ring onto her ring finger with the other.
The ring fit perfectly, neither too loose nor too tight.
A glimmer of light flashed across his hand, catching her eye. Olivia looked up, her gaze sweeping across his fingers—on Kasper's left ring finger, there was also a ring.
Though it was just a fleeting glance, it was enough for her to clearly see the blue gemstone and the simple ring band.
He not only prepared a ring but a pair, apparently even a couple's set.
