Leng Xiaoxie turned the car into the fast lane.
"Your foot should be fine for tomorrow's assessment, right?"
"No problem, it just hurts a little, but it shouldn't affect anything."
"That's good. I took a day off today, so I'll go visit my parents, pick someone up at the airport in the afternoon, and then pick you up for dinner. After that, I'll take you back to the Training Ground."
"No worries, you do your thing. I can take the bus myself."
Leng Xiaoxie lowered his sunglasses and turned to look at her.
"You don't want to see me?"
"No," Memoria quickly explained, "I just thought you might be too busy to have time."
Leng Xiaoxie lightly curled his lips, "I need to make the most of my time."
Memoria blinked, "Make the most of your time for what?"
Smiling mysteriously at her, Leng Xiaoxie turned his face back and raised his hand to push his sunglasses up.
"To date you, of course. Otherwise, in a few days you'll be going abroad, and where would I find someone to tease?"
