Olivia Parker shot him a sidelong glance, "You think I'd believe that?"
"I don't have your level of composure. If I felt sick, I wouldn't be able to smile through it." Ivana Bennett shrugged. "You really aren't going?"
"I have to head back to Ebonmere tomorrow. I really don't have the time." Olivia Parker glanced apologetically at the two little ones, "You should take them. If you wait any longer, the amusement park will close."
"Alright then." Ivana Bennett stood up. "We're off. Say goodbye to your godmother!"
The two little ones waved at Olivia Parker while Ivana Bennett grabbed their hands, ready to leave.
"Wait!" Olivia Parker picked up the remaining bottle of red wine on the table. "Take this back with you. If my mom sees it, she'll tear me apart!"
"Thanks." Ivana Bennett accepted the wine, casually stuffed it into her backpack, and grabbed the hands of the two little ones again. "Let's go! Go-karts, amusement park… Here we come!"
