The other side had been on guard against her and sidestepped the cup she threw. Then, the two of them rushed toward her together.
Three women, pulling hair, scratching faces, tearing clothes... tangling into a brawl.
The commotion quickly attracted the staff, and several officers rushed in. By the time they pulled the three apart, all three women looked utterly disheveled.
Irene Spencer's hair had become a bird's nest, and her women's clothing had long been pulled out of shape. A big tear had been made at her waist, and her face had red marks and white streaks, one spot with an evident scratch.
The other two weren't any better, but since it was two against one, they ultimately had the upper hand.
"Do you think this is a marketplace?" The female officer sternly scanned the faces of the three. "Fighting in a cell, do you not want to get out of here?"
"Officer, she started it!" One of the prostitutes stepped forward, pointing at Irene Spencer.
"Yes, she started it first!"
