On the other end of the phone, the man remained silent for a moment.

"I think..." the lawyer lightly curved his lips, "we should meet, because Miss Meng has a note she'd like me to give to you."
Nathan Leafcastle frowned slightly, then gave the address of a restaurant.
After hanging up, he put the phone in his pocket, walked around the table, sat down in a chair, and fell into deep thought.
The door was gently knocked, and Sally Dalton walked in with a smile, placing a glass of water on his desk.
