Robert Perez stood up and walked towards Nia Mitchell, his face full of anger.
"Return my daughter to me!"
He charged forward, pointing at Nia, seeming as if he couldn't wait to tear her in half.
Nia was certain that if it were not for the crowd of spectators, this Robert Perez would have attacked her already.
Despite her fear at this moment, she knew she had to stay here; she couldn't leave. It wouldn't be long until Maxwell Peary arrived.
With this in mind, she rallied her spirits and mustered her courage.
"What makes you assume your daughter is with me? Based on your speculation alone?"
Nia had been carrying snacks she bought at the Supermarket. Her arms were getting tired, so she placed the two shopping bags on the ground.
"My daughter disappeared after offending you. Who else could be responsible if not you?"
Nia sneered. So she had a motive, but how did that make her the culprit?
