"With my straightforward personality, there's no telling when I might offend you." Aurelia said, indirectly implying that Tiffany's personality was too fake.
Tiffany, of course, could hear it too, and her face changed, but she still maintained a smile and changed the topic, saying, "Kevin said that when you woke up, the driver would take you back. However, unfortunately, the driver just went out for some errands. How about staying here for lunch before you leave?"
Aurelia understood such polite words.
On any other day, she would deliberately say, sure.
But at this moment, she wasn't in the mood to play along with her, so she refused, "No need, I can leave on my own. I still have some matters to handle."
"Oh, I see. Then I won't keep you." Tiffany said quickly.
Aurelia forced a smile, but inside she was thinking, she's probably thrilled inside, just waiting for her to say no.
Claiming the driver went out was undoubtedly an excuse.
