In that moment, it felt as if most of the alcohol had sobered up.
She looked at him in shock, how could he kiss her?

Kris Shaw frowned, deciding to tell her the words he had long buried in his heart, "Lucy, I like you, I've liked you for a very, very long time!"
His words surprised her even more.
Lucy Greene even forgot how to respond or react.
She froze for a moment before hastily moving aside and said hurriedly, "I'm not feeling well, you should go back."
With that, she rushed upstairs.
"Lucy!!"
"Lucy Greene!!"
He called out a few times, but she pretended not to hear, quickly running upstairs and slamming the door shut.
He knew she was rejecting him, or perhaps avoiding him.
