Sofia Hamilton kept talking about what happened that day, hoping to pique his interest and attention.
Ryan Gregory listened quietly, a faint smile on his lips, but his dark eyes were enveloped in a slight mist. Watching her laugh and cry constantly, he longed to lovingly pull her back into his arms, but at this moment he was too weak to muster any strength.
