Chapter Two
Sofia Hamilton woke up groggily, weakly lifting her eyelids, only to see a man's unfamiliar face.
There was a scar on that face, making it look fierce and intimidating.
And around her, only a faint light was shining.
She could already tell that she'd been kidnapped.
But who were these people...
She didn't recognize them at all.
"Who are you?"
She asked weakly, her eyebrows slightly furrowed.
The man nicknamed Third Brother smirked and instructed his subordinates, "Keep an eye on her. Don't let anything happen to her, understand?"
"Understood, Third Brother."
Several men responded in unison, only then did Third Brother stand up to leave.
Sofia furrowed her brow, summoning all her strength, "You... better let me go right now."
"Or else..."
She looked at the man, struggling to continue, "My family won't let you get away with this once they find out."
"You're talking about Ryan Gregory, right?" Third Brother smirked.
"Good, you know."
