Aaron Brown now held shares in the Gregory Family and had joined the boardroom.
Nathan Morgan looked at Ryan Gregory's back and couldn't hold back, saying, "How about I go tell your wife? I'm sure she'll agree to go back with you!"
He said it and turned, ready to leave.
"Don't go!"
Ryan Gregory's voice was low, carrying resolve and authority.
A command that allowed no disobedience.
Nathan Morgan stopped in his tracks, turned to look at him, and tried once more to persuade him, "But..."
"No buts. Go book the tickets home."
Ryan Gregory turned around, extinguished the cigarette in his hand, and said with a grim expression.
His face was calm, devoid of any emotional ripples.
Nathan Morgan dared not say more and could only obey.
Suppressing the discomfort in his heart, Nathan Morgan sighed and left.
