"Let me go, don't touch me!" Adele Horne fiercely shook his hand, but she couldn't break free.
Angry, she turned and forcefully tried to pry off the large hand gripping her arm.
"Adele," Noah Reyes forcefully pulled her into the car and shut the door. The tinted windows shielded them from outside view as he used his strong frame to press Adele against the seatback.
"What are you doing? Let me go!" Adele Horne struggled even more. She was quite tall and not weak, but compared to a man like Noah Reyes—who had received special training since childhood and was a skilled fighter—her strength was insignificant. Her struggles only served to exhaust her further.
