"Alright, Mommy will bring Jimmy home tonight," Julia promised.
After talking to her son for a while, Julia ended the call. Looking out the car window, she saw they had arrived at South Hill District.
Quickly, Glades Horne parked his car next to Noah Reyes's.
Both men simultaneously rolled down their car windows, turned their heads, and looked at each other.
A moment later, Noah Reyes got out of his car.
He stood before Glades Horne's car window and said coldly, "Mr. Horne, I think it's time for us to talk."
Glades Horne pursed his lips, remaining silent and unmoving in his seat.
Julia gently nudged him from his side.
Only then did Glades Horne open the car door and step out.
He walked off into the distance, and Noah Reyes immediately followed.
His subordinates also wanted to follow, but Glades Horne turned his head unexpectedly and said coldly, "This is a matter between us two. No one else is to follow."
Noah Reyes made a stopping gesture.
