Years ago, Benjamin Robinson had known the truth about Adele Horne's situation. Now, it seemed that man had come looking for them. So, these matters were the Horne Family's internal affairs. There was no need for him to get involved, unless his friend asked him again to arrest someone. But it looked like his friend wouldn't ask him to arrest Noah Reyes anymore.
Benjamin Robinson was the first to leave with the police officers. A number of patrol cars quickly departed, sirens blaring.
Hansen Ruiz was still there. In fact, they were all at fault for what had transpired today. They shouldn't have deluded themselves into preventing Noah Reyes from meeting his son, Jimmy Horne, even if their intentions were for the good of Adele and Billy.
"Uncle, goodbye."
Jimmy Horne said farewell to Noah Reyes.
"Jimmy," Noah Reyes took a few steps forward, wanting to get closer, but Glades Horne issued a low warning, "If you take one more step, you'll never see Jimmy again."
