Half-squatting, his face darker than a devil's and even more terrifying, Orlando Evans finally saw his expression clearly. His chilling gaze bore into her, frightening her to the core. She fearfully retracted the hand clutching his large foot and stumbled backward, collapsing onto the ground in an extremely awkward position. Her usual ladylike image and beauty were nowhere to be seen.
