BAM! BAM! BAM!
For some time now, on Island A216, ravaged by the explosion, the only sounds to be heard were those of bare-fisted punches.
Breydar and Adam continued to attack each other, barely able to stay on their feet. Breydar should have had the advantage because he had two working arms and a little energy left to use his mist arms, but Adam made up for it by still having his Nexus.
His one hand in a crimson glove and a few red threads were enough to hold off Breydar.
"Tsk! Enough!" Breydar spat out a clot of blood before slamming his fist straight into Adam's jaw from the bottom up.
Blood gushed from Adam's mouth as his eyes went blank for a moment. But as soon as his feet touched the ground, the light returned to his eyes.
In a sharp turn, the back of Adam's hand slammed into Breydar's cheek, snapping his face to the side.
Then, he clenched his fist tightly as the red threads surged toward his hand.
