Adam and Breydar collapsed to their knees. They hadn't even had a chance to start their fight because something prevented them from doing so.
The powerful aura emanating from the unknown monster practically knocked them to the ground.
Their eyes were wide open as they were both in shock. They couldn't believe what was actually happening.

'What the hell…' Adam muttered to himself, clutching his knee. He could barely stay on one knee, but he wasn't sure how much longer he could hold on.
Breydar was in the same position. The aura that had descended upon them made no distinction between enemies and allies.
Moreover, they had both already realized that this aura wasn't directed at them. It was simply emanating from some monster that had possibly begun fighting at that very moment.
