Adam arrived at the Gray Sea to find the right passage, and after four failed attempts, he finally succeeded.
Sure, perhaps one of the passages he'd skipped was safe, but Adam didn't want to take any chances. He trusted Prasyx's words and wanted to do everything right this time.
So, as Prasyx had suggested, he chose the passage that looked the most dangerous.
"Well, looks like our team is going to have to split up," Adam said, looking at the giant oyster beneath him.

The oyster clicked a few times before flinging Adam off. He didn't resist, since he knew the giant oyster wouldn't follow him to the Grand Abyss. It was a resident of the Gray Sea and spent most of its time near Prasyx's island.
