"I kind of need your help with something, or your presence rather." Elena stated.
"Go on." Liam said, giving her the go ahead to continue.
"I don't know if you can be able to help me out, but... will you accompany me to a Gala?"
Liam who was initially laying on the sofa with his legs crossed, sat up, staring at Elena in both confusion and surprise. "Is this a joke?"
"What do you mean by that?" Elena asked with a frown.
"I mean... Is this a joke? You risked your life just so you can ask me out?" Liam asked with a raised brow.
"There's no need for you to sound that way. You could have just said no." Elena said, rolling her eyes.
"I'm not declining your request. I just find it hard to believe that you would do something so dangerous just because of a Gala night."
"So you're saying you would come with me?" Elena asked enthusiastically.
"Yeah sure, but you have to explain to me why you wnet through so much trouble just to have me be your plus one to a party." Liam demanded.
