Sonia tapped her index finger on her elbow.

"Come in," Sonia said without turning.

Kai's sleepy eyes landed on Sonia, and then to Zach.
He stood still and just stared at him till Sonia took the bags he was carrying.
"I apologize madam."
"It's fine," Sonia said as she brought out the clothes.
"I'll do that madam," he said, but Sonia shook her head.
Kai watched as the side instead. When he saw familiar scars on Zach's body, his eyes sharpened.
As he continued to watch, he somehow understood what's going on. However, he doubted the conclusion he arrived at because it was his first time to encounter a case like that.
He squinted to take a closer look. Because even the small details like moles and scar shapes are the same, he convinced himself he was right. Besides, the child is blind too, and the way he spoke, although it sounded childish, it had the same tone and manner of speech as Zach's.
