Drew powered out, but Kofi stayed on him, hitting a series of rapid kicks to the chest and a spinning heel kick that connected flush. But Drew caught Kofi on the next springboard attempt, with a mid air capture that ended with a brutal overhead belly to belly suplex that nearly folded Kofi in half. Drew rose slowly now, his face darker, more intense.
He stalked over, lifted Kofi, and planted him down to the mat with a huge sitting powerbomb.
Then another.
And a third.
He then covered.
1... 2... kickout!
Drew transitioned immediately into a chinlock, wrenching Kofi's neck and digging his knee into his spine.
"Kofi's speed was his advantage," Tenay said. "But Drew just slowed it all down."
Don West grimaced. "This is what Drew McIntyre does, Mike. He suffocates you."
Kofi fought back though, the crowd clapping along with every elbow he landed to Drew's gut, breaking the hold. He hit the ropes and tried for another flying maneuver, but Drew caught him again and spiked him with a tilt a whirl backbreaker.
1... 2... kickout!
Drew was methodical now. He hit Kofi with a hard Irish whip into the corner that sent Kingston crashing to the mat. He taunted the crowd as he booted Kofi in the side, yelling, "This is YOUR hero?! This guy?!"
He went for the Glasgow Kiss Headbutt, but Kofi countered with a sitting jawbreaker!
He bounced off the ropes, ducked a boot, and hit a Russian leg sweep!
The crowd came alive again.
Kofi hit the Boom Drop in the center of the ring!
He clapped his hands and yelled, "NEW CHAMP, BAYBEE!"
He waited, lined it up… TROUBLE IN PARADISE—
—but Drew ducked!
Kofi spun around—
CLAYMORE KICK, NO! Kofi ducked under it!
Roll up pin!
1... 2... 3 — NO!
Drew exploded out of the pinfall and launched Kofi with a snap suplex!
Both men were down.
The crowd clapped, stomped, urging Kofi to rise again.
Drew crawled to the corner, lining up for another Claymore.
Kofi stood up slowly.
Drew charged.
But Kofi leaped up, countering with a double stomp mid run!
The place erupted!
Kofi crawled to the ropes and pulled himself up. Drew was stirring, dazed, wobbling on one knee.
Kofi saw his chance.
TROUBLE IN PARADISE!
CRACK!
—but DREW MOVED!
And the referee caught the full brunt of it!
The official collapsed to the canvas.
Kofi gasped, stunned.
Drew hit the ropes.
CLAYMORE!
The boot caught Kofi flush. He flew backward.
Drew covered.
But there was no count.
Drew looked around and saw the referee laid out, motionless.
He screamed in frustration, slamming the mat. "WAKE UP! WAKE UP!"
He stood up, stormed over, and tried to shake the referee awake.
The crowd erupted.
From the sea of people, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley leapt the barricade.
The Motor City Machine Guns were in the building.
They slid into the ring behind Drew as he tried to revive the official. And when he turned around—
DOUBLE SUPERKICK!
Drew fell backward, stunned.
The crowd was white hot.
Sabin and Shelley climbed the turnbuckles.
SKULL & BONES!
Drew was OUT.
They dragged Kofi's limp body over him and slid out of the ring just as quickly as they'd arrived, disappearing back into the crowd.
The referee stirred.
He crawled forward, dazed.
One…
Two…
THREE!
DING DING DING!
The bell rang, and the arena exploded into noise.
The ring announcer stood up, fighting to be heard.
"Here is your winner… AND NEW FCW NORTH AMERICAN CHAMPION… KOFI KINGSTON!"
Kofi lay there, still dazed, not even fully aware of what had happened.
The referee raised his hand anyway.
Mike Tenay shouted, "He did it! Kofi Kingston just won the FCW North American Title! Four belts… GONE from the Undisputed System!"
Don West added, "But he has no idea what happened! He doesn't even know Sabin and Shelley were here! This night is spiraling completely out of control for Sandro's empire!"
Kofi slowly sat up, confusion all over his face. He looked down at the title in his hands.
He blinked.
Then smiled.
Then stood.
The fans screamed for him as he climbed the turnbuckle and raised the championship high.
Drew was still out cold.
The Motor City Machine Guns? Gone. Like ghosts.
Backstage, a camera cut to Sandro inside the Undisputed System locker room.
His hands clutched the back of his head. His eyes were wide. Wade stood beside him, holding ice to his jaw. Alexa looked stunned. Big E and Ryback look angry. Drew was their last line of defense tonight.
And he had just fallen.
The Undisputed System had now lost four titles. Only one title remains and it was Sandro's TNA X Division Championship.
That title was the last symbol of Sandro and the Undisputed System's dominance, their final thread of power left intact after a catastrophic night.
Four titles had already slipped from their grasp. And now, all eyes turned toward the one that remained, the TNA X Division Championship.
Everyone knew what was at stake, Mike Tenay, Don West, the FCW and TNA locker rooms, the rabid crowd packed into the arena, the fans watching from home, and most importantly, Sandro himself.
If he lost tonight, it would mean the absolute end of the Undisputed System's iron fisted reign over both brands. This wasn't just a title match anymore, it was legacy, control, and pride wrapped into one final battle.
"This is it," Tenay declared. "If Sandro falls, the empire collapses. The Undisputed System, as we know it, is done."
Don West nodded, his voice buzzing with anticipation. "And you can feel it in the air. The fans want to see him fall. They want justice."
The anticipation simmered through the next two matches. They were solid, but everyone knew they were just paving the road to the biggest main event of the night, maybe of the entire cross promotional war. Every person in the building had the same question burning in their mind.
Who would be Sandro's opponent?
Tenay and West buzzed with theories and teases, knowing they were seconds away from finding out. Then —
The lights cut out.
The arena held its breath.
SHOCK THE SYSTEM.
The familiar blare shattered the silence and brought a tidal wave of boos from the fans. The Undisputed System's entrance music echoed through the rafters, the lights turned on hold, and slowly emerging from the curtain came Sandro, dressed in his ring gear, the TNA X Division title draped over his shoulder like a crown.
But unlike the other title defenses that have been done by the other members of the Undisputed System tonight, Sandro didn't come out alone.
Following close behind was Alexa Bliss, holding a microphone with a look of silent fury. Then came Wade Barrett, Drew McIntyre, Big E, and Ryback, each of them stone faced, bruised, and visibly seething. The women and four men who had all lost their gold tonight.
The crowd let them have it. Deafening boos poured down from every section. But the Undisputed System didn't flinch. They walked the ramp like a funeral procession with one last coffin to fill.
The ring announcer stood center ring, trying to speak over the hostility.
"Ladies and gentlemen, this is your main event of the evening, scheduled for one fall and it is for the TNA X Division Championship!"
The boos swelled louder.
The Undisputed System entered the ring, none of them posing or posturing. No cocky arrogance. Just fury and resentment. Sandro accepted the microphone from Alexa and raised it to his lips.
The crowd immediately booed louder, trying to drown him out.
But Sandro didn't care.
"Shut your mouths," he snapped. "SHUT. UP."
Still booing. He signaled to crank the volume of the microphone.
"I gave my people rules tonight," he growled. "I told them to prove that we could win without playing the old Undisputed System game. That we didn't need to stack the deck. That we could crush your heroes straight up."
He paced the ring, staring daggers at the fans.
"But what happened? You cheered when your heroes cheated. When your icons interfered. The old fossil Ric Flair interfered in Alexa's match. AJ Styles cost Wade his gold. The Motor City Machine Guns blindsided Drew. Everything we worked for was stolen from us."
Louder boos. Sandro turned his glare to the entrance ramp.
"So tonight, we go back to our way. Tonight, we do it the Undisputed System Way. I am officially changing this match… to an Undisputed Rules Match!"
A wave of jeers crashed over the arena.
Tenay was disgusted. "What?! Undisputed Rules?! That means anything goes, but only for them!"
Don West shook his head. "It means the referee has no power unless Sandro gives it to him. This is a complete abuse of authority."
Sandro continued.
"My men are at ringside. And if I decide they need to step in? They will. You don't like it? Tough. I'm the last champion left. I make the rules."
He tossed the mic. His members exited the ring but remained in his corner, other than Alexa, the four man made a wall of muscle and intimidation. The fans cursed and booed.
Then the lights dimmed again.
But this time, a very different sound echoed through the arena.
"Immortal Theme" blared through the speakers.
The place erupted.
Fans jumped to their feet. Chants of "HOGAN! HOGAN! HOGAN!" filled the air.
Out walked the Immortal One himself, Hulk Hogan.
But he wasn't alone.
Behind him came Eric Young, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Sean Waltman. These four man created the Band. While the three legends are part of the NWO legacy, Hogan's brothers in arms.
Tenay exploded. "Oh my God! Hulk Hogan is here! He's the challenger! And he brought the Band with him!"
West screamed. "Sandro's worst nightmare just walked through that curtain!"
The Undisputed System looked shellshocked. Sandro's jaw tensed. Alexa looked to Wade, who shook his head slowly, and Drew simply clenched his fists.
Hogan and his crew marched down the ramp, slapping hands and soaking in the roaring adoration. Flashbulbs lit up the scene like a rock concert.
They entered the ring and posed in each corner, Hogan flexing, Nash raising his fist, Hall and Waltman throwing up the Too Sweet, and Eric Young pumping the crowd up.
Sandro seethed. This wasn't just a match anymore. This was an all out war.
The ring announcer returned to the center ring.
"Introducing first, the challenger, accompanied by Eric Young, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Sean Waltman… from Venice Beach, California… weighing in at 302 pounds… THE IMMORTAL HULK HOGAN!"
The roof almost blew off the building.
Hogan flexed and cupped his hand to his ear as the fans screamed louder and louder.
Then the announcer turned to Sandro.
"And introducing the champion… accompanied by Alexa Bliss, Wade Barrett, Drew McIntyre, Big E, and Ryback… representing the Undisputed System… from Orlando, Florida… weighing in at 220 pounds… he is the TNA X Division Champion… THE TRUE KING OF FCW AND TNA… THE MASTER STRATEGIST… SANDRO ZHANG!"
The fans booed relentlessly, some even threw trash near the barricades, as they knew the ring announcer was forced to say those nicknames by Sandro. Meanwhile, Sandro raised the title defiantly, staring across the ring at Hogan, unblinking.
The referee, clearly nervous but composed, took the TNA X Division title, held it high for all to see, then handed it off to the ringside.
DING DING DING!
The bell rang, and immediately the energy in the arena shifted. It was electric, heavy, as if every person knew this was the match where history would tip. Sandro, calm and calculating, stepped forward first. Hogan, eyes locked on the Undisputed X Division Champion, rolled his shoulders and met him in the center of the ring.
It was David versus Goliath in reverse, the veteran powerhouse Hogan against the master strategist Sandro, fighting under rules tailored to his advantage.
They circled.
The crowd thundered.
"Let's go Hogan!" "Sandro sucks!"
Collar and elbow tie up.
To everyone's surprise, Hogan powered Sandro back into the corner. The referee called for a break, but under Undisputed Rules, Sandro grinned and raked Hogan's eyes before stomping him in the midsection. The crowd booed loudly.
Mike Tenay groaned. "This is exactly what Sandro wanted. No rules, no limits. He's going to exploit every inch of it."
Sandro delivered stiff forearms to Hogan's neck, then whipped him across the ring. Hogan hit the turnbuckle hard, and Sandro charged with a running knee to the face. Hogan staggered forward, Sandro jumped, wrapping Hogan's head and driving him down with a tornado DDT!
