Saying and doing are entirely different matters.
People like to talk but have long forgotten, or consciously ignore, the unity of words and actions. Meanwhile, a distorted view has formed—that only fools would act according to their words.
The reason Shakyamuni is admired is that—not only did he achieve it himself, but he also selflessly shared what he gained with the world, hoping people would find liberation from it.
