In Holo office, in a waiting room, a random selection of Idols girls, are doing some shenanigans. Like teasing each other of the thing they are scared out. With some Idols quite freaking out, there is one particular who standing unaffected by the challenge.
Calliope Mori, the short fuse, Big Sis, Rapping Soul Reaper, Big Daddy C, standing in middle, currently wearing her rapper costume (lose Jacket black pants and cap), take a proud pose with her hands on her hips. She having fun, a great time, laughing, as silly scaring attempts like a spider on a fishing line stick, or ghost stuff don't apply to her. So she make a daring declaration of a villainess. "Ha, Ha! This is the best you can do? Nothing you throw at me will work."
Of course there was this duo who stood there with cold-stone expression. They had been done with Mori bold statement, or simple don't have more shit to give. They only exchanged cold angry stare with each other for a second in (Lets do it!) expression. So one of them pick up her mobile phone, put it to her ear, and we herd the dial tone once.

Next, a new character take on door handle intending to enter the waiting room.
A moment of slow motion established its effect on the scene... As smiling Mori slow-motion, glanced at the door, to see who joining the gig.She saw a person in black suit, slow-motion reaching out its leg to step into the room. The moment when the rapper read the IRS on the briefcase and cap on head; her eye pupil extended in horror expression. [Internal Revenue Service (IRS) administers and enforces U.S. federal tax laws.] (Calli had a trouble episode with dual taxing of her Income.)

The scene focus changed as we have for now a peaceful moment of staring at Hololive office building from outside. Especially we looking at the windows on the floor where the waiting room is.
Then, in action move style, Mori jumped out of closed window, crossed hands to cover her bend down head, bend legs to decrease the surface. Like a cannon ball, she break the glass plate, flying out, don't bothering how high they are.
As she hero landed down on street, there is no time for cool aura posing, as she directly transits into a dash run/sprint, outrunning even the falling glass shards.
Yet, as she escaping down the street, and camera focus aim at the Holo building, we see that a large helicopter take off from the Holo office building. Its a black banana IRS Chinoc helicopter having the white "IRS" written on its side. [The Boeing CH-47 Chinook is a tandem-rotor helicopter, used for heavy lifting. Can carry 33 passenger, cargo and even vehicles by roping them under its belly.] (IRS Probably use it for carry all the tax money they collecting from late tax payers. Or for aura farming.)
Of course Mori noticed that someone tailing her, so as she look back she angrily shout at pursuing helicopter. "Are you kidding me!!?"

Scene focus change once again, and we are back in office where girls and Mane chan [Manager san], with (What the heck is this!?) expression; watching on office TV a hot topic TV news broadcast.
The on site reporter, flying in a news helicopter, is too deep in narrating the scene, having emotional involvement of a sport moderator narrating a finale of a season. "Unbelievable!! The trains on lose, break the leash that chained them to rail road. Dear audience, both motor-cart passenger train-wagons, actually did jump off the train bridge. (On purpose!)
And they still on it! The chase continue on the river, as IRS in the second place, still blasting the train horn siren, in the attempt to pull over the suspect. Yet the fleeing pink haired tax payer, yapping back at them (To give up already!).
At this point, I am so Impress by what they managed to archived, that I noticed, that this race grained a massive audience, as spectators cheering for both sides. What a dedication to the cause.
Our expert at hand says; that the case is no more a question, of who is right and who is not. Because this tug-of-war game for Taxpayer money, vent viral enough to become a sponsored rally around the world. Its the matter of principles.

As the TV hot news switched to next program, Mane chan silently looked at the guilty girls, who had this silent (Ups! We are in trouble.) expression.

[Notes:] This story is indeed inspired by the double Tax story of Calli. Plus the (Holo office) story shots of Hololive members doing a random stuff play a role in formulating the outline. Its even said that its just a dream snippets of Mane chan [manager san] who take a sleep between work.
I am not sure for how long this story was lying in this (notes file) of me, but the file itself was made over two years ago. Some people said to not write for a drawer on desk, so it fell nice to let it out. But on other hand, some lead authors do says that there are stories that are for drawers only.
