Chapter 11 - Chapter 11 – The Ultra-Blue Cold Fire against Fire

Third-person POV

Evening came in Valencia, and a home, a countryside manor near the city coasts, was deliberately set on fire by the Fahrenheit 451 firemen in order to cleanse the profession of fireman for good. The alarms in the fire stations of the Fahrenheit 451 firemen alarmed that, and many firemen, including Ceo, rushed to the site of the fire with their flamethrowers, plus getting buckets of water from a nearby well and a restore fire hydrant. As the fire was being snuff out, Ceo and 3 firemen came in and pointed their flamethrowers at the remaining blazing flames. But they won't be using the orange and red flames that once burned books; instead, they recalibrated their dials to let a special flame type known as Ultra-Blue Cold Flames. This specially crafted fire hungers the orange flames with the flames that are colder than snow and as blue as a sapphire.

"Fight the fire with fire!" Ceo shouted.

All four of them pulled the trigger, and deep blue flames fired from the nozzles at once.

This extinguished the roaring orange and red, hot flames in seconds.

The area was cool and safe from hot fires.

"Fire in the living room out," one of the firemen said to his captain over the comms.

"Good," responded his captain back at the city fire department and Fahrenheit 451 Fire Academy while looking at a stained glass of Virgil. "Let's spread this to our other European firemen brethren so the profession of firemen would be cleansed clean again."

Outside the saved manor, as Ceo and the other firemen prepared to clean up the place, the spirit of Francisco, as well as 2 spirits of a city girl and an elderly professor, were in awe to see how these former harbingers against the written word became the new protector of the written word and even came up with a special flame that snuffed out the hot ones. "Wow…" Francisco whispered; his voice sounded like the cool, Mediterranean breeze, "…I never thought that would be possible."

"The physics were off at their new type of fire, young man," the old man responded while adjusting his ghostly spectacles. "They used fire to fight fire. If I were to survive the purge, I would have catalogued it as a new phenomenon…"

"They're the old bad ones who became the heroes," the girl whispered.

"Yeah, they are," replied Francisco warmly.

Ceo saw their presence and gave a positive nod. "We're the Firemen of the Word and the Land now, Francisco, sir, and young lady." The night blew a gentle breeze from the Moroccan deserts.
