Alm and Bruno remained stunned because it went far beyond the capacity of the barrier. Even with the formation and the seal used as a shield, along with all the Yin and infernal laws that Alm managed to master, it wasn't enough. They were seconds away from death.
'This power... was it a remnant of the soul of that beast?!' Bruno concluded in shock. 'That beast had a cultivation almost in the divine realm to have such a powerful soul.'
When the souls of Alm and Bruno were complete, and well, they could destroy an entire ascending planet just with their power. But it would cost all their energies, and they could disappear forever. The current power of this explosion, on the other hand, could only cause a local disaster with a fragment. Still, it was surprising, leaving them in awe.
