Yang Ruoqian said the sentence aloud before anyone else could ruin it.
The meeting room was small by design. Only Lu Shuyuan, Chang Zhiqing, finance, compliance, and the assistant lead were present. Five people were already too many, but one person could misunderstand quietly. Five people could build a workflow.
Yang wrote the sentence on the whiteboard:
Classification is not approval.
Then he underlined not.
Twice.
"This is the whole rule," he said.
Lu Shuyuan looked at the board. "Should we include it in the folder guidance?"
"No guidance."
"Then how will later assistants know the rule?"
"They can look at the board."
"The board will be erased."
Yang turned to the whiteboard as if it had betrayed him personally.
"Then take a picture."
The assistant lead lifted her phone.
Yang immediately raised a hand. "Do not take a picture."
