[Author Note: I'm back, folks. Sorry for the sudden and long hiatus before the next chapter. I had a family emergency, and shortly after that, I lost my job, so things got a bit rough for a while.
Thankfully, things are settled now, and I'm back to writing again. Thank you to everyone who waited patiently. Here's the next chapter.

Ken did not have much expectation from Wind jutsus that were of D and C rank. He knew that most of these jutsus would be just about blowing some wind from his mouth or palms.
The real strong wind jutsus were of B and A rank. Danzo's vacuum jutsus were at the top of the list. The vacuum jutsus of Danzo were quite strong and even managed to break through Sasuke's Susanoo.
Well, Temari was there but she used a fan to generate wind which is stupid according to Ken. How would one hit someone who is quick enough to come near her in an instant?
'According to Grandpa, Uncle Asuma is the strongest guardian of the twelve guardians after learning vacuum wind style jutsus. Well, Now I know whom I have to pester when I have to learn those jutsus.' Ken thought
He already had an S-rank Wind jutsu in his mind which was Rasenshuriken. But sadly unlike Naruto, he can't create 1000s of shadow clones to train it. And even if he did he would only end up paralysing his hands since that jutsu harmed the user. He would have to learn sage mode if he ever wanted to learn that jutsu. And he would not be learning sage mode in the near future.
'Yeah, I am not throwing rasenshurinkens on my enemies any time soon.' Ken thought as he started searching through his grandpa's library for Wind jutsu scrolls.
'Then again I don't think I would be learning vacuum jutsus either. I already have my hands full with two kekkei genkais. I might as well focus on them. Not like I have time to focus on anything else, seeing that the Akatsuki is going to form soon. If I were born during the third great ninja war, It would have been so much better. I could have saved Minato and Kushina along with Obito and Rin. Then I would not have to worry about the village's safety as well as my own.' Ken mused
Ken started rummaging around the library to find the wind-style jutsus that would suit him.
'Hmm, this Jutsu would make me outsmart Itachi in shurikenjutsu.' Ken grinned as he read the scroll.
[Wind Release: Rotating Shuriken- By infusing wind-natured chakra into a shuriken, the user can make them spin, as well as control them in the air. The user can infuse up to 10 Shurikens while the technique is in use.]
'Controlling my shuriken? Does not that mean when I would use fire style:Phoenix flower with shuriken, I would be able to control them too? Ah finally, a jutsu for my enemies that love to dodge my ninjutsus. I now would have my own homing missiles.' Ken was tired of people just dodging out of the way of his ninjutsu.
Ken then picked the most used wind jutsu which was Wind Release: Great Breakthrough jutsu.
The jutsu in which the user breathes wind from their mouth, blowing away whatever is in front of them. The Jutsu would be quite handy when it comes to blowing up things like uprooting trees, clearing away mist or smoke, or poisonous air. It can also be used to divert away projectiles or other weaker jutsus fired at him.
Ken then picked the wind clone jutsu. This would make Ken have six types of clones i.e. normal shadow clones, fire clones, Wind Clones, Water clones, Earth clones, and Lava clones.
"Well, It looks like there are not many defensive wind jutsus. Well, Even if there were, I would prefer using Earth jutsus or rubber jutsus to protect myself rather than wind." Ken mumbled after finding not a single good defensive wind-style jutsu.
"I should pick the manual that Uncle Asuma has left for me for covering my weapons with Wind release chakra. It would be useful to sharpen my kenjutsu. Whenever I am not able to cut into something, I can just cover it with wind and cut it. I wonder if I can cover my sword with both water and wind at the same time. Even if I can't, I am a dual sword wielder so having different elements to cover my sword with should be useful."
Finally, Ken found a useful wind-style jutsu, though it did not seem like a wind-style jutsu.
Ken read the description of the jutsu as he contemplated how he could use the jutsu in a battle.
[Wind Style:Smoky Winds- The user exhales large amounts of smoke.....]
'This jutsu is similar to hidden mist jutsu but it has its own advantage. I can suffocate people with this jutsu since no one can really breathe in smoke.' Ken already had made plans of using this to jutsu to suffocate his enemies or use it within caves and tunnels to bring out people hiding inside them.
He immediately went to learning the wind style jutsus and within three weeks, he was done learning the jutsus as well as reducing their hand signs.
