(Flashback)
On the outskirts of Magnolia Town, an older woman sighed as she looked at Makarov resting in bed. She was Porlyusica, an elderly woman with pink hair known for her bad temper. However, there were exceptions—such as Makarov himself, who in his youth had formed a team with her, Yajima, Bob, Goldmine, and a man named Rob.
"You were always so reckless... even at your age, you fell into such a simple trap," Porlyusica said, closing her eyes.
"Excuse me, will the Master be okay?" asked Bisca. She wore old-west-style outlaw clothing. She had been sent along with Alzack to look after Master Makarov.
Allen had told them the danger had passed once he neutralized Aria's magic, but that Makarov was still in a weakened state and needed to rest. Once Allen brought him back to Magnolia Town he returned to Oak Town, and both decided to take him to Porlyusica.
The woman who hated humans couldn't ignore Makarov so easily and agreed to help. However, she found nothing left to do—Allen had already taken care of everything.
"You're still here?!" Porlyusica shouted, scaring Bisca. Without stopping, the older woman grabbed a broom. "I hate humans!"
"I'm sorry!" Bisca ran and rushed out the door. At that moment, Porlyusica lowered the broom and turned to look at Makarov.
"Don't you ever tire of making your children worry... idiot..."
Of course, she knew Fairy Tail was different from other guilds. To many—if not most—members of Fairy Tail, Makarov wasn't just their Guild Master; he was more like a father or grandfather. But the woman didn't care—she simply hated humans.
The door opened again, and Porlyusica swung her broom without hesitation. Unexpectedly, the broom was caught by a man's hand, and once she noticed it wasn't Bisca, she froze.
"Quite the way to welcome your guests…" Allen said, lifting the corners of his lips into a smirk.
"Get out of my house!" Porlyusica growled, but Allen ignored her and focused his gaze on Makarov.
No matter the age of the other party, Allen was true to his nature—he only showed respect to those who respected him in return.
"I won't take long—I just came to wake up the old man…"
Allen let go of the broom, walked over to the bed, and pulled out a vial containing a glowing blue liquid. Porlyusica immediately used her broom to block his approach. She felt uneasy—the young man in front of her wasn't even a mage, and in fact, gave the impression of being an ordinary person. But her decades of experience in all sorts of situations kept her alert.
"Don't get near him!"
Allen chuckled softly and raised his hands. "Relax granny, I'm not your enemy"
Porlyusica frowned. Was this brat mocking her?! The tension rose sharply—until it was interrupted by the sudden arrival of Erza, who burst in, breathless. Allen had used "Apparition" to get to Magnolia Town with Erza, but upon arriving, he sensed Makarov was outside town thanks to the tracking mark he had placed on him. Without waiting for Erza, Allen went ahead and arrived at Porlyusica's house, just in time to see Bisca fleeing in a panic.
"Please wait, Porlyusica-san! I can explain everything!" Erza said in a rush. She felt the pressure from both sides: on one hand, the woman who had helped her long ago and even gave her an artificial eye—and on the other, Allen, who didn't need much explanation about how important he was to her now.
Porlyusica, seeing Erza under the broom, gave her an impatient look. "Explain yourself, girl."
After an awkward conversation, Porlyusica understood that Allen was indeed a new member of Fairy Tail, and that Makarov himself had entrusted him with leading the guild during the war against Phantom Lord.
"Tsk… I won't take responsibility if he gets killed!" Porlyusica said coldly.
Erza smiled awkwardly, and Allen shrugged. Without further interruptions, he opened the vial and pointed at it. The blue liquid floated up and entered Makarov's mouth. After a few seconds, Makarov's body glowed briefly before he sat up with a jolt.
"What happened?!" Makarov exclaimed.
"What?!"
Not just Porlyusica—even Erza, who had already seen the regeneration elixir—was surprised by the potions Allen carried.
....
Wednesday – Well, it is a high-level magic recovery potion...
Rogue – Just call it a mana potion, don't overthink it~
MJ – From what I understand, Allen can now only use items he obtains through quests...
PercyJ – I hadn't paid much attention to that, but it's true. Allen really does feel like an RPG character in a fantasy world—he has quests and rewards.
McDragon – Yeah, I'm kind of jealous. That's every guy's dream!
Amanda – From what I get, Allen's not allowed to use external help from outside that world, so he can't use anything he previously had... tsk, that's so unfair!
Bocchi – B-but he can make potions and magical artifacts if he uses e-elements from that world...
Esdeath – The issue is finding the right replacements for the ingredients.
....
With Makarov awake, Porlyusica was beyond shocked. That potion had restored magical power—not just for any mage, but for Makarov Dreyar, a Wizard Saint!
Makarov looked around the room and saw Porlyusica, Erza, and of course, Allen.
"And…"
"It's all over…" Allen replied, knowing what the question would've been.
Porlyusica drew in a sharp breath. If the story she heard from Alzack was true, Fairy Tail had been in a state of total desperation—without Makarov, they couldn't defeat Jose. Porlyusica herself was confused. Although Jose was a bastard, he hadn't fallen so low as to kill children—at least in her eyes. But if it had happened, and it was true, then the young man standing before her had defeated Jose Porla.
"I see…" Makarov smiled, then shook his head. "I'm sorry… I let my guard down…"
"…" Erza tensed up upon hearing the master apologize. She wanted to tell him it wasn't his fault, that he shouldn't blame himself—but Allen raised his hand and stopped her.
"Age brings wisdom, but it's also a man's worst enemy. It's impossible to always be the strongest—don't worry, old man"
Erza smiled, while Porlyusica was surprised by Allen's words. Just a moment ago, he had seemed like someone full of pride who enjoyed mocking others.
Makarov chuckled and then looked seriously at Allen. "Maybe I should retire… and let someone younger take my place…"
Hearing Makarov's words and seeing the expression on his face, Allen felt a chill. If he had to take charge of that crazy bunch, his mood wouldn't improve—he'd spiral into depression.
"What are you saying, old man? You're still young. Just stay guild master for a few more years—until Erza's ready to take over."
"Huh?!" Erza grabbed Allen by the collar and shook him, both flustered and annoyed.
"Hahaha!" Makarov couldn't help but laugh at the sight. However, Porlyusica trembled—she had caught on to Makarov's real intent.
'Makarov… you're serious, aren't you?!' Porlyusica's shock was justified. Allen had been in Fairy Tail for less than a month—how could he be considered someone worthy of such a role?
And yet, the light in Makarov's eyes hadn't dimmed. Beyond power and intelligence, Allen had a vital quality for a guild master: heart. Somehow, he had earned everyone's trust—and didn't betray it. To Makarov, there was no better candidate. But of course, Allen himself wouldn't accept that easily.
Well, for now, it doesn't matter… the old man thought with a smile.
(End of Flashback)
...
Fairy Tail's guild hall was filled with laughter and celebration, though there were still some questions lingering—questions most people didn't know how to answer.
"Hahaha! I'm proud of all of you!" Makarov declared, raising a large mug of beer.
Macao stared at Makarov in disbelief. He still couldn't understand how the old man was doing so well. Because of Allen's teleportation, the time between Makarov being defeated, rescued, and healed had been less than an hour.
"By the way, Master… how are you even okay?" asked Mirajane, puzzled.
"Who knows~" Makarov chuckled.
Mirajane glanced over at Allen, who was sitting at a table with Lucy, Erza, and Natsu, who was grumbling that thanks to the beating Allen gave Gajeel Redfox, he wasn't able to fight him at full strength and ended up winning too easily.
Mirajane strongly suspected that Allen had something to do with the guild master's miraculous recovery—but it was still hard to believe.
"…" Mirajane kept watching Allen until he finally seemed annoyed by Natsu's constant complaining and punched him in the stomach, knocking him out cold.
"Natsu, when will you ever learn?" Vijeetar mocked.
Mirajane smiled at the scene—but then noticed Juvia sneakily approaching the group. Allen didn't ignore her. Instead, he introduced her to Erza. Juvia smiled and casually sat down next to Allen. The silver-haired woman sighed—her job now was staying in the guild. Her days of adventuring were long behind her, so she couldn't join that group even if she wanted to.
Mirajane didn't say anything out loud, but her eyes reflected a hint of jealousy and envy toward those girls.
"Hey…"
"…?!" Mirajane was about to get back to work when she jumped—Allen was suddenly sitting at the bar. "What are you doing here?"
"I just noticed you looked lonely over here…" Allen said with a piercing gaze that made it hard for her to hold eye contact.
"You don't have to worry about me… I'm happy serving drinks. It's the least I can do for everyone who fought…"
"Mira..." Allen reached out and took her hand.
"Allen?!" Mirajane blushed, thinking he was trying to flirt, but his serious expression made her unsure of his intentions.
"Don't downplay what you mean to everyone… If there's one thing I've learned in this crazy place, it's that everyone matters."
Mirajane's eyes widened at Allen's words—and then she blushed even deeper. This moment didn't go unnoticed for long, and once people saw it, they couldn't hold back anymore.
"Hey, Allen! Isn't Erza and Lucy enough? Now you want Mira too?!"
"Seriously, man—you're way too greedy!"
"Unfair! I want a cute girl too!"
"You've got no shot, dude…"
"So cruel!"
"Stop shoving your sugar in our faces!"
"Allen! Stop being a better version of Loke!"
Despite the guild's protests, Allen didn't flinch. But eventually, he turned with a cold glare. "Shut up."
The guild fell completely silent, some even frozen in fear. However, a few girls weren't fazed at all. Lucy pouted, Erza sighed, and Juvia started muttering curses under her breath.
Makarov didn't usually meddle in the romantic lives of his guild members—not even when Loke paraded around with his girlfriends—but he was starting to think Allen was dangerous. He was getting involved with S-Class mages, and if any emotional fights broke out, the entire guild—and possibly part of Magnolia—might be destroyed.
....
(That night)
Allen walked alongside Erza, heading to their "home" as Lucy was fast asleep in his arms.
Lucy had cried and laughed in the guild, she had revealed to everyone her father's involvement in all this, but no one blamed her. Now, Lucy was emotionally exhausted and asked Allen to take care of her while she fell asleep.
Neither of them had spoken, but a storm of questions was swirling inside Erza's mind. She was well aware of Allen's relationship with Lucy. While it might look like they were dating, the truth was that Allen treated Lucy more like a younger sister he needed to protect. Even so, there was still an undeniable connection between them—sometimes they even acted like a couple. But if that was true… then what was she doing here?
It wasn't the first time there had been romantic tension between her and Allen—whether it was when they met, on the carriage to the Magic Council… or especially when Allen kissed her in front of the entire guild!
"…" Erza blushed at the memory, particularly at Allen's final words—if she provoked him again, he'd devour her. Was he serious? If so, what kind of relationship did they even have? What about Lucy? Did he not see her as a possible girlfriend?
Erza couldn't find an answer. And she didn't feel like she had the right to ask—not yet, not with her past weighing on her. She looked at Lucy's sleeping face as she clung to Allen's chest—and then at Allen's calm, confident expression. Like nothing in this world was impossible for him.
Erza smiled. Saying she was impressed by Allen didn't do it justice. At this point, she admired him—and couldn't help but want to know more about him. The redhead brushed her hair behind her ear and decided not to overthink things. She'd let time decide where this relationship went. For now, she was okay with the three of them… or four… or five?
"Allen?"
"Hm?"
"Why has Juvia been secretly following us like a stalker?" Erza asked with a calm smile.
"She's staying with us from now on..." Allen said before turning to Juvia, "If you want, you can walk with us..."
"..." Juvia panicked and hid.
"Oh… and why is she following us like a stalker?" Erza trembled.
"Who knows…"
Erza could feel the murderous intent radiating from behind them—but she chose to ignore it. Although, in that moment, a small fear crept into her chest. Is she another new rival?
That's when Erza remembered Mirajane. Erza hadn't wanted to think about it too much, but after their date and the train station farewell, she couldn't dismiss the albino girl so easily anymore.
Erza's smile faded, and irritation began to build. Despite all his good qualities, Allen had a bad habit of getting tangled up with every pretty girl he met. Erza decided she needed to do something about that—fast—or she'd regret it.
"Hm?" Allen noticed Erza's intense gaze and gave her a half-smile. "If you're gonna get jealous, at least become my girlfriend first."
"Wha?!" Erza's entire face turned red. Allen just laughed in response. Meanwhile, Juvia's murderous aura spiked.
[The girls in this world sure are interesting...]
"Hahaha…"
Allen's laughter was the only thing that lingered in the air that night. What few realized, however, was that it was the first time he'd laughed like that since arriving in this world. Both Erza and Juvia were stunned by it.
Allen was usually composed, and when he smiled, it was with small grins, smirks, proud half-smiles, or teasing expressions. But this laugh… it lit up his entire face. Not even the disguise spell could hide it.
"Ah~" Juvia collapsed right there on the street, passed out with a nosebleed.
"…" Erza stood frozen, her mind completely blank. She never thought the boy beside her could make that kind of expression.
"Seriously?" Allen muttered, noticing the reactions. He made Lucy float beside him momentarily while touching his own face, checking if the spell had worn off—but it hadn't.
[Host, we might as well classify that smile as a weapon. It's about as powerful as a Neuralyzer~]
'Don't start with that…'
Now Allen had three unconscious girls to carry home. He wasn't exactly complaining, but even he had to admit… their reactions were a bit much.

(A couple of days later)
In an office at the Magic Council, Siegrain read a report with a deep frown. It detailed the events of the war between Fairy Tail and Phantom Lord.
What he found hardest to believe was that Jose Porla had been defeated… by Allen Walker.
"He's stronger than I thought…" Siegrain muttered, feeling irritated—and not knowing why.
Ultear, who stood beside him, did know. The worst part of the report was the rumor that Allen Walker had a romantic relationship with Erza Scarlet. At least, that's what people were saying—especially after that passionate kiss in front of the entire guild.
'Even after all you did to her, you still can't forget her, Jellal?' Ultear mocked the man who couldn't see past his own ego and ambitions… though she knew she was partly to blame for that.
—"Stop pretending you're a villain and come with me…"—
Ultear looked down and shook her head. 'It's too late for me… idiot.'

A/N: I think Juvia is quite jealous, possessive, and has hints of Yandere. Let's hope Allen can control her. 👀
