According to legend, Mimiko was a female Kappa known for her mischievousness.
Her hobbies were not much different from other Kappas; she liked cucumbers, enjoyed sumo, and also had some strange lower-road fetishes. For example, she dominated the Azuma River, tugging at the "little bells" between other male youkai's legs, and she was always talking about scooping out others' shirikodama.
"Miscalculated. There's no water here at all... It's over, I won't be able to get back at that monkey and I'm going to dry up and turn into a Kappa mummy."
Mimiko was probably a small youkai with Rank E strength.
However, there weren't many youkai tales from the Azuma River, and none of them were very strong; besides her, hardly any were ranked.
So, she used to be the boss lady of that place, other youkai couldn't beat her, and had to listen to her.
This continued for a long time until recently when a strange visiting youkai barged into the Azuma River.
