Rod nodded slightly. After slaying two fallen True Kings, he obtained these two corrupted Holy Fire Seeds. However, he didn't know their use before. The Holy Fire Seeds were akin to Source Materials, existing in opposition to the Black Fog, being the Primordial source of light and purification. This nature meant they were nearly impossible to corrupt, which is why, until now, Rod had seen only two corrupted Holy Fire Seeds.
"It is well known."
Rod said softly.
"The Primordial Fire is the spirit and symbol of humanity. The Guardian of the Primordial Fire is the King of humans. If I ignite the dark Primordial Fire and become the Guardian of the Dark Fire, then I will become the King of Darkness."
