Rod was both surprised and delighted. He hadn't expected that this battered book actually grasped the Authority of Destiny, even though it's just a part, that's still quite impressive.
"Does it have any impact?"
The Book of Knowledge pondered, "I am not sure, perhaps the Destiny Source Law is rather special. The Spirit is the source of will, though Weiguang Asa lacks powerful Spiritual Energy, he might instead possess a stronger destiny power."
Rod exclaimed with joy, "Can it truly master the Authority of Destiny and become a god of destiny?"
