With the semi-finals about to be underway, the four remaining combatants all made their way to the platform.
"The semi-finals are about to begin!" the announcer bellowed. "The first bout shall be Liana, against Grain!"
"Followed by Gabriel against General Hurt!"
The crowd erupted in cheers, and the poles were taken, Most of them favored Grain and Hurt, only really deliberating when asked about the finals.
It was a nearly even spilt, between those rooting for Grain, and those sure of Hurt's victory.
"We will take a twenty minute intermission, and resume the BloodWar!" The announcer gave his speech, and the four contestants left the platform.
Grain chose to float a few meters in the air, just outside of the BattleGrounds.
He chose this, because he wanted to keep his mind sharp.
Simply cultivating could cause him to lose focus, so adding in the concentration required to fly, his mind never wavered, and his mana surplus steadily increased.
