An ominous air descended upon the battlefield.
As beautiful as that moon up close was, it also brought a palpitating fear to whoever saw it. That fear was even more amplified when the scene of Beowulf's transformation was added to it.
Beowulf's body began to change. The hairs on some parts of his body began growing wildly and have turned a chilling silver in color. His arm elongated just a little bit, and his legs curved; his hands and feet turned into claws, and his face also extended just a bit, especially his nose.
A sanguine aura erupted from him, dousing the immediate environment with a thick and suffocating killing intent. His eyes turned into golden slits as well, gazing at Jade Warlord as if seeing through his soul.
Seeing this transformation, Cedric realized something.
"The Bloodline of the Moon Devouring Wolf," he whispered to himself.
Indeed, the transformation that happened to Beowulf was due to him tapping into the power of his bloodline.
