Brandon POV
I´m going to win the bet. I went out to the stables and got on my horse. I grabbed the reins in my hand and started galloping towards the village. I know what she would like to have, and there are a few things that she would look beautiful in. Once I got near the village, I got off my horse and went to the farmer close by, gave him my horse, and paid him for the care of my horse. I went to some of the shops that Alex likes and found things that would look good on her. I also got her some snacks that she likes. She might not have been with us for so long, but she became close to us.
I didn´t know what to think of her at first, but then I saw how wonderful a person she was. I couldn´t help but fall for her. After spending two or three hours, I returned to my horse with all the bags. I paid the farmer extra before placing my bags on my horse and getting on my horse. After returning, I entered a new bedroom for Alex, which was closer to mine and Mateo's room. We asked the King if we could do that, and he agreed. We started to decorate the bedroom for her secretly. I placed the snacks in the snack cabinet and the new clothes in her closet. I placed the new jewelry on her small table and left the bedroom before going to Alex.
Mateo POV
After Brandon left, I went to my horse and saw him doing the same! What a copycat! I went to a different village, and Alex and I visited it once. She saw some beautiful plants that she wanted. I will get her some of the plants and place them in her new bedroom. I know that she adores cats, the color midnight blue, and enjoys sipping plenty of tea. Brandon and I divided the tasks for her new bedroom. It took me half of the day to arrive, and I looked around for a farmer so I could give my horse a nice rest place.

The farmer thinks for a while. ´Of course, sir! No problem.´ Said that farmer. I dismounted my horse and thanked the farmer before giving them money for my horse's care. I bid farewell to my horse with a pat before heading to the village to visit the stores.
I went to a hotel, paid for a room, and then found the first shop that had the things I needed for Alex. I spent the rest of the day, and after making sure I had everything, I went back inside the hotel and went to the restaurant. A waiter came over to me with a menu. I took a minute to look through the menu and decided to get the lasagna with some water. The waiter nodded with a soft smile and walked off. I wonder...how was Alex doing... After some time, the waiter came with my order, and I paid for my food, also giving the waiter a tip.
After dinner, I went to the hotel room with shopping bags in my hands. Once inside, I placed the bags on the floor. I locked the door and then threw myself on the bed, feeling tired. I removed my armor and clothes before drifting off to sleep, exhausted. The next morning, I went to the restaurant wearing the same clothes as yesterday. I ordered some pancakes and tea for breakfast. When the pancakes arrived, I ate them and drank my tea. I enjoyed the pancakes, the tea, and the breakfast, and finally, I enjoyed myself.
