While running, Peter Brown suddenly stopped.
Looking around, he realized he had arrived at a No Man's Land. However, Peter understood very well that it wasn't empty; a few people were hiding there with their Divine Senses locked onto him.
As Peter came to a halt, five sturdy men emerged from all directions, greed flashing in their eyes as they looked at Peter.
"Kid, if you don't want to die, leave your storage bag, or you'll die with no place to be buried!"
The leader shouted at Peter in a deep voice.
"I have no money, why are you ambushing me?"
Peter intentionally asked.
With a hearty laugh, the leader said, "Kid, don't pretend. Someone who can easily take out so many Talismans can't possibly have no money. We've been watching you for a long time."
Peter then understood that he had given Joshua Winchester too many Talismans, and someone had seen it.
Doing good deeds is truly not worth it!
Peter felt a bit emotional, realizing what being a good person had resulted in.
