Bright Light City was an artefact city of the Grand Artifact Sect, home to two million people. Not an exceptionally large city, yet Shelton had firmly controlled it. From Shelton's consciousness, it was known that any lone entrants were inevitably captured and modified by Shelton's intelligent robot army.
This modification created intelligent beings, which were, frankly speaking, not much different from Shelton's intelligent robots—in essence, genetic beings.
The transformation stimulated the human body's entire potential and injected some changes, achieving ultimate strength. However, this did not meet Shelton's goal. He wanted an immortal army, but even though he succeeded and invented the corresponding potions, those who retained wisdom hid these abilities.
