Article 31 of the "First University Teaching Assistant Group Security Regulation" states that during investigation or evidence collection, there must be no fewer than two action agents, and they must present identification to the involved individuals or relevant persons; any decision or action during the investigation or evidence collection must be discussed, reviewed, and confirmed by at least two people; the involved individuals or relevant persons should honestly cooperate with the Teaching Assistant Group's work and assist in the investigation or evidence collection, without evasion or obstruction; the investigation or evidence collection work should be formally recorded.
This is what is known as the 'two-person principle.'
