When the consciousness of the baby Stoneman woke, Oregon spoke through the mental connection.
With Terresa's knowledge and experience birthing Stonemen, the baby Stoneman had formed not only the two special organs that made the Great Mother's creations fierce, but also a Soul Stone.
Though it was much smaller than Oregon's, so was everything else.
Unlike the large Stonemen formed from rock and stone, the baby Stoneman he held was the size of a normal human child.
'Child of Oregon, what will your name be? Who is the one that shall surpass the King of Stonemen?'
Unlike the eyes of a normal child, this one looked around with curiosity.
'My name?'
Oregon was surprised to hear a different, child-like female voice speaking to him.
'Yes, my child. What name will the historians write down as the strongest?'
He raised the child up like a proud father showing off.
'I will be Gea! Pangea!'
Oregon could not stop smiling despite the ongoing fight.
Null still had yet to attack the whole time.
It did not take a genius to realize he had no intention of harming anyone.
Oregon could not care less though.
His full attention went on Gea as he watched her every action and observed her inner workings with their connection.
Before long, he set her down and said, 'See that guy over there? He's a bad guy that hurt me. I want you to do something for me, okay?'
The sweet little Stoneman nodded, 'Okay!'
He smiled softly and spoke while looking at Null, "Kill him."
Everyone could hear him despite his calm and quiet tone.
It somehow did not even sound like he was directing the newborn Stoneman to commit the act of murder.
"Kill?"
Gea was confused as to what he meant.
"Just attack him like this," Oregon punched outwards, sending a shockwave into the space before him, "Do that until he stops moving."
Still confused, Gea wanted to ask more questions, but was pushed towards Null.
"I trust you won't disappoint me, Pangea."
Hearing these words for the first time, Gea's presence changed into that of a warriors.
Null could tell that the soul inhabiting Gea was fierce, his own conviction wavering.
'I've got an idea,' Ego said having thought up a scheme.
Null smiled and accepted defeat, 'I hate this.'
Gea sprinted towards him with the intensity of a gladiator.
Before she could reach him however, a she saw a similar looking Stoneman exit Null's lower torso.
Void was once again confused as to what was happening, but a quick mention of Ruler's Greed perked him up.
'If you can defeat the little Stoneman running towards us without killing her, I'll even give you a special energy for you to taste.'
Before Gea could get close, Void had already teleported in front of her.
'Fast!'
Gea quite literally was just birthed while Void— despite his immaturity due to his nature as Null's vortex— was more adapted to his powers.
She could only thank him for his lack of non-lethal attacks.
Dodging was not a problem as she was shifting her body around with immaculate control.
She twisted her arms around to gain more force behind her attacks and shifted her head around direct punches.
Void was beginning to struggle as Gea grew more accustomed to her fighting style.
"Wrah!"
Void teleported madly around Gea while his body swirled like a vortex as he amassed spirit energy.
Since normal strikes were not going to work on her, he had to come up with another method of attack.
The Creator might have taught him how to absorb spirit energy, but he had not said anything more, sticking to his personality as a scrooge.
At least— because he was currently a Stoneman— he had a hardened exterior, so his punches could deal a good amount of blunt damage.
The only problem was that Gea would snake around each punch with both agility and dexterity easily she to her form.
"Grah!"
Void suddenly let out another roar.
His body was beginning to rotate faster and on a larger scale.
'Don't kill. Don't kill. Don't kill,' he repeated in his thoughts.
His swirling form began absorbing spirit energy madly to the point Gea's own spirit energy was being siphoned.
'Bad!'
Gea retreated as soon as she felt the change in her soul.
Seeing the changes brought about by his swirling body, she felt a similar capability as she began vibrating.
She too could absorb spirit energy this way just like Oregon.
That happened to also be the only similarity between the two.
There was an obvious difference between the way Gea and Oregon fought.
Oregon used the special traits of his minerals to overpower his peers, but Gea utilized the flexibility of her body and the ability of the soul stone to grant her Stonehead faster reflexes.
Seeing as Void was still taking the form of Null as a kid, he was a good bit taller than her.
Gea fixed this by powering her Ironheart and forming more void stone.
Her slender form had the brutish Stonemen enthralled by her figure.
To them, the bulkier you were the stronger you were, so they never focused on flexibility.
Even the other female Stonemen had never considered such a fighting style.
They were as bulky— if not bulkier— as the men.
Technically, they could assume any form they wanted, only it would take experience in shifting their cells.
Gea found her new form was much more fitting with how sleek it was.
Her legs were like spears and her arms were like blades as she trusted and slashed.
Void was still teleporting instead of dodging, so none of her attacks could land.
"Null! I can't attack her without killing her!"
"Dada! He's too much to handle!"
They both retreated while shouting for support.
'This fool. At least he's suppressing his strength. Go help him out, Ego,' Null seriously needed to teach Void about himself.
'Dada?'
Oregon felt warm inside.
Terresa chuckled as used him to bridge a connection to Gea.
'As your Great Grandmother, I shall guide a fellow lady to fight unlike the brutish uncles and aunties you have.'
Instead of becoming Superego, Ego connected to Void's spirit and allowed them control over the spirit water they were composed of.
Gea began comprehending a swathe of information from Terresa and began shifting between the elements and minerals.
Seeing his opponent so open, Void controlled the spirit water to coat his hands and arms as he teleported before her and the a punch.
Gea had already finished processing everything Terresa gave her and was only relaying her thanks as soon as the fist arrived before her.
As if following the air sliding across Void's fist, her entire body slid out of the trajectory of the punch.
Meanwhile, her leg bent to perform a knee to his chest.
In one swift motion, Void found himself clutching his broken chest, letting the spirit water recover him.
'She's good.'
A switch flipped inside Void that made his actions impossible to predict.
When he threw another punch, Gea was in position ready to dodge as smoothly as the last time.
She tried to follow the trajectory of the air, but a portal opened that took in Void's fist followed by another portal that facilitated the exit of his fist into her back.
Once more, he threw a punch and the same thing occurred.
Again, a portal appeared and Gea suffered another blow.
Void was relentless as he punched furiously as a way to vent his earlier pain.
Gea was taking each hit while thinking about how to turn the tides.
Terresa gave nonstop motivation and corrections so as to back Gea up and strengthen her ever so slightly.
Under the furious blows, she knew that relying on only the void stone was narrow-minded.
And so, just like her father during his first fight she turned into a living bomb.
Boom!
The sturdy arena floor burst apart resulting in a rain of stone and dust clouds.
Everyone wondered how the fight would end, but none could predict correctly.
