After teasing Sterling Norwood for a while, Selena Kensington reined in her smile.
"No more teasing, when are you planning to take action?"
Selena asked.
"Tomorrow."
Upon hearing Sterling's reply, Selena thought it was just right since the Corinthia Film Festival was happening tomorrow.
She could go back the day after, by which time Sterling would likely be finished too.
So she could see Sterling as soon as possible.
Thinking this, Selena felt a lot more relaxed and happy.
But...
It seemed Selena had thought of something, her gaze slightly tense.
The date of the Corinthia Film Festival was August 14th.
This date happened to be her and Sterling's wedding anniversary.
"Looks like we'll have to be a bit aggrieved this year."
Selena said with a smile.
Sterling understood the meaning in Selena's words, his gaze softened.
The deep blue of his eyes rippled gently with warmth, beautiful and profound.
"I'll make it up to you when you get back."
