Travis Miller took Abigail Hemsworth directly back to the company.
All the way, she kept wondering who that person could be?
She recalled everyone she had an impression of but couldn't match anyone to those eyes.
"What are you thinking about?" Travis Miller looked at her several times during the ride, noticing her thoughtful expression.
She thought hard but couldn't figure it out, so she just shook her head, "Nothing."
She took a deep breath, exhaled the frustration from her heart, and said lightly:
"Do I have another surprise today? Don't tell me Salma's discharge from the hospital is your surprise for me."
Travis Miller curved his lips, "You didn't know she was being discharged today?"
Abigail Hemsworth pursed her lips, "My dad called me yesterday."
"Do you consider her discharge a surprise?"
Abigail Hemsworth rolled her eyes hard, "If her staying one more day in the hospital wasn't draining you for another day, I'd rather she stayed there forever."
"Then it's not."
