Uncle Reed nodded, "What do you think now?"
Mary Douglas said lightly, "The knife for assassination couldn't pierce Lily Hemsworth, and now they're trying to ruin Arabella Vanderbilt's reputation instead."
She paused, sighed deeply, and said, "Let's go to the rehabilitation center and continue the rehab."
Uncle Reed looked at her with some heartache, "Eldest Miss, I think the Queen...should know everything she needs to know..."
Mary Douglas shook her head, "Knowing and seeing with her own eyes are two different things."
Besides, she didn't want to present herself in this seemingly broken state in front of that elderly person.
Uncle Reed sighed, knowing the temper of the eldest miss in his family; once she made a decision, no one could change it.
