Joel Russo watched her expression quietly, trying to discern her likes and dislikes immediately.
As a result, Arabella Vanderbilt furrowed her brows slightly.
"Not to your taste?"
Arabella nodded, "I still prefer having rice porridge for breakfast."
Joel placed the soup bowl in his hand on the coffee table, "Then let's wait a bit more."
"Okay."
Arabella responded softly, lifting her gaze to the two people sitting and standing opposite, "Have you both eaten?"
Sara Lang nodded, and Selvia Todd forced a smile, "We have."
"Oh." Arabella responded lightly.
After another bout of silence in the room, Joel spoke calmly, "Since my sister-in-law isn't drinking, you might as well take it to my mother. She's not picky about food."
This was clearly a hint to leave.
Selvia, already agitated by Arabella's presence, no longer wanted to stay.
She had a feeling that if she stayed even a second longer, she wouldn't be able to hold back her outburst.
