"Really?" Gale Summer looked at Ricky Lewis unbelievingly?
Ricky Lewis smiled and said, "Of course it's true, but I haven't had time to speak with your parents when I went to discuss with my friend. I guess they'll probably tell your parents tomorrow."
"Oh, thank heavens, that's the best," Gale Summer immediately put her hands together in prayer, her heart that had been hanging in the air finally settled down.
"Then... do you still want to marry Romney Queens?" Ricky Lewis quietly asked the woman beside him.
"I... I don't know..." Gale Summer murmured back, staring at Ricky Lewis.
"If there's no pressure from your parents, and only Romney Queens insists on not cancelling the engagement, would you still marry him?"
Ricky Lewis pressed on with another question.
"..." Gale Summer bit her lower lip for a moment before finally looking at Ricky Lewis and saying, "I want to cancel the engagement with him."
